Refunds

If the goods arrive in a damaged or poor condition, a full refund will be given to the customer or the order will be exchanged. If the goods are not entirely to the satisfaction of the customer and are returned to us within 7 days, unopened and unused, minus £15.00 for the cost of return carriage, a full refund will be given to the customer.
